This has been a great week.
Here is what has been happening in our world.
Saturday, November 15, 2014 --
Lillie's soccer tournament began.
They had an 11AM game that they won easily. Her team was ranked number one.
We then went to lunch as a family.
and came back for Game number two.
This one was harder. But, we pulled out a win!
We were headed to the finals.

Sunday, November 16, 2014 --
It was the night of our 'Final Flocking".
We put all 200 flamingos in one of our church families yard.

We then went to drop off all of the blankets we had made for our local children's hospital.

Monday, November 17, 2014 --
Monday it was back to work.
And all the usual Monday things.
I made a quick trip to the grocery store and saw these.
They smelled like heaven but I wasn't ready to get one yet....
Last week, I cut up a bunch of celery.
I had read on Pinterest that I could group my own celery from the root that I cut off the celery.

Tuesday, November 18. 2014 --
Tuesday night was our soccer awards night.
Lillie's team were the Catawba Cup Champions.
They won the big game that was played on Sunday.

Wednesday, November 19,2014--
Allie had an endocrinologist appointment on Wednesday morning. Her endo said she is doing a FABULOUS JOB! Her A1C was only 4.9. AWESOMENESS!!!
We celebrated by having lunch with Ken's Mom and doing a bit of shopping before we headed to get groceries.
Then,
On Wednesday afternoon, I was trying to help Lillie with her homework and I had a big Mom fail moment.
I was so frustrated because I had explained something to her three times.
I felt that she wasn't listening to me.
She started crying and quite frankly, I wanted to cry, too.
Hubs came in and saved us all by being able to take her and explain in it another way so she could understand what was being said.
I walked in the room to get my phone and found this....
I wanted to cry even more.

Thursday, November 20, 2014 --
Work for a bit -- then I took Maggie, Lillie and Brady to get their flu vaccines (Allie got hers the day before at the endocrinologist).
I think got them back to school and went back to work for the afternoon before going to get them from school. BUSY day.....

This morning I got a second run in for the week and then went to get some work done.

SO funny, I think.
Hubby and I went to the movies to see Mockingjay - part 1.
It was INTENSE. Looking forward to the next one.
Tonight, Maggie has a friend sleeping over.
We ordered pizza and are just hanging out.
Thankful for a quiet night at home....
