Saturday, October 18, 2014 --
After Brady's early morning soccer game, we traveled up to visit my in-laws to celebrate the October birthdays of Allie and Nana LeeAnne.
Hotdogs and hamburgers for lunch, cupcakes for dessert, a little shopping at Swoozies and great company.
Really good day.
Because our Sunday was going to be so busy we dropped Lillie and Brady off to spend the night with Nana and Grandpap on the way home Saturday evening.
That meant a night with just our two oldest.

Sunday, October 19, 2014 -
After church on Sunday, we took The Bridge kids (our 5th/6th graders) to do some group building game and a zip line.
Our Maggie is in this group and her Daddy and I help lead it, so the three of us went.
Allie went to the Corn Maze with our Youth.
Great fun was had by all.
We got home to find that these two had gone geocaching with Nana and Grandpap.
They love searching out the treasures and leaving more.

The day I officially became the Mom of a teenager.
It was my Allie's birthday.
Her sweet friend Madi got her this shirt.
She loves it.

Tuesday, October 21, 2014 --
A busy day of working on Tuesday.
Our 7th/8th grade small group got off to an excellent start. There were 8 of them and 2 amazing leaders.
It's going to be a great year!
I finally got around to doing some of my bible study for the week.
These verses speak to my soul.

Wednesday, October 22, 2014 --
A short run and then off to work for the afternoon.
Then home to do homework and eat supper with my family.
Then back to church for our Children's Choir practice.
The home to baths and bedtime.
It was after his bath that he walked up to me like this.....
He cracks me up.

Thursday, October 23, 2014 --
This day started off with bible study and then work for a while, then pick up the kids routine and homework and supper....Same busy routine.....
Our 11th/12th grade small group started this night.
It is going to be another great small group.
The kids got home to find a surprise.....

Friday, October 24, 2014 --
The sunrise as we drove out of our driveway on this Friday morning.
It had been a rough morning getting ready.
This reminded me that God is in control.....
Today, we celebrated Allie's birthday.
She got out of school early and went shopping with Grammy and Granddaddy for a makeover and some new clothes.
Then we picked up her friend Madi and met them for supper at one of Allie's favorite restaurants.
She even got serenaded by the wait staff.
