Lead Me....

The very first time I heard this song on the radio, I cried. And I cry almost every time I hear this song.

THIS is an amazing song by an amazing group. I passionately believe that part of the problem in churches today is that men don't take their responsibility to lead as they should.

Husbands and dad's need to lead their families in the way that the bible prescribes. I firmly believe that because so few men even realize how to be the leader God calls them to be. And sometimes I wonder if most men even care anymore at all what God is calling them to be....and that is just sad!

Here are the words to this amazing song that God has had on my mind this day.

I see their faces, look in their innocent eyes

That's the catch. No one can be who God is calling them to be without his help. I see in this world a lot of adults who go to church for the wrong reasons. They aren't there to grow closer to God. They don't seem concerned with who it is God wants them to be.

I hope I'm wrong. But I don't think I am.

Wonder what it will take for there to be a real change in the hearts of men (and women) in churches these days to really want to know God and be who HE intends them to be......
