We had a great trip to the beach.
We drove up to Wilmington one day.
We went to the Battleship NC for a tour.
Afterwards, we spent some time walking around downtown Wilmington and we took a tour of the city.
The old homes were beautiful!
On the way back to Myrtle Beach, we stopped by Southport.
It was a beautiful place!
We spent the week visiting with our friends the Walsers and playing at the beach.
I spent a lot of time watching the sunrise and enjoying the beauty.
Brady's 8th birthday was while we were at the beach.
To celebrate he asked for goony golf, supper at the Hard Rock Cafe and cheesecake.
He's 8!!
On our very last morning, we went out for a walk on the beach to look for shells and see the sunrise.
(Allie chose to sleep in instead.)
It was a great week away.
Now, back to the real world and a new school year.
