Let It Be Me

I downloaded a few Lenten devotions today on my YouVersion Bible App.

One of them is a devotion by NT Wright.

This quote stuck out to me today and has had me thinking all day......

"Who knows what might happen,

 this year [during Lent],

 if even a few of us were prepared

 to listen to God's word in scripture

 in a new way

, to share the humility

 of Joseph [Jesus' earthy father],

 and to find ourselves 

caught up in God's rescue operation"
