A Month of Thanks- Misty and My Pa

I was so tired by the time I made it home yesterday that I didn't get my thankful post written.
However, I had something to be truly thankful for yesterday and I'm still thankful today. Yesterday morning I texted a friend of mine who makes tshirts (mongrammed and screen printing). I texted her with a hairbraned idea that she might make me a tshirt for my bible study.....that I would need by 5:30 PM. I texted her at like 11AM, y'all. BUT she did it!
I was so excited. I am totally blessed and thankful for my friend, Misty, who takes my crazy ideas and runs with them!
And today, I'm thankful for all the Veteran's like my sweet Pa! He served in the Army during World War II. He went in at Utah Beach - D-day +1. He doesn't talk much about the war but I know it was very hard and that he saw more bad things that he ever wants to remember. But, he did what he had to do. I am proud to call him my grandfather! I love you, Pa! I say thank you to you and all the other amazing people who put their lives on the line so that we can live freely in this great country.
