Reading List

In case you didn't know, I love reading! I love to read all kinds of book , too!
In order to put my thoughts together, I thought I'd share with you what I will be reading in the next little while.

Here's what I'm reading:

Do You Think I'm Beautiful by Angela Thomas

A Prisoner and Yet by Corrie Ten Boom

And here is my future reading list:

Instructing a Child's Heart by Tedd & Margy Tripp

unchristian by David Kinnaman and Gabe Lyons

A Beautiful Offering by Angela Thomas
Not Good if Detached by Corrie Ten Boom

Defeated Enemies by Corrie Ten Boom

Guys are Waffles/ Girls Are Spaghetti by Chad Eastham

Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis

Everyday Talk by John Younts

5 Conversations You Must Have With Your Daughter by Vicki Courtney

The Hiding Place by Corrie Ten Boom (already read this once but gonna read it again!)

AND - these are just the books that are actually already in my possession. I already have the titles of about 10 other books in my head that I plan to read.

SO that 's got me wondering -- what are you reading?
Happy Thursday ya'll! And just in case you missed it, here is a link to my giveaway that I posted yesterday. It is open until Sunday and you don't want to miss it!

  3. I recently discovered (like last semester in school) that I loved reading too. I started The Shack last night and can't wait to finish it up. You should start a book blog with your review of each title. I have, even if it's only for me, to keep up with which books were worth reading over :)

  6. I love reading also. I just haven't had any time lately. I think the last book I read was a Danielle Steel book. I mostly enjoy suspense/thriller's and christian books. I also enjoyed catching up on your blog. I have been so busy lately I haven't had time to catch up on any blogs and I miss it. It looks like you had a wonderful Christmas.

  7. I'm a big reader. Don't have as much time for it as I would like to, but I have a shelf full of books I would like to get through! My plan, this year, is to use some of my nursing time as reading time. (Not Bible reading, but other.) I would like to simply get through a page or two (hopefully more, but you know how it goes :)) each time I sit down to nurse, and complete a chapter a week in many of the books I have sitting on my book shelf.

I want to read Shepherding again, and then Instructing a child's heart; several of my Jill Savage books (the Hearts at Home lady--she is the best! Loved her book Real Moms, Real Jesus.), and I have a few by Kevin Lehman as well. There's so many more--it would take me forever to list!

Thanks for sharing these-- I have also been interested in Shepherding a Child's Heart (the older one I have) and Guys Are Waffles/ Girls are Spaghetti, but haven't read through all of them yet. So much goodness! :)
