And, just like that, it's been a week since I've blogged.

I have even had some things to share.

Just didn't share it.

Busyness and this cold my kids have passed on to me have kept me from doing any blogging.

It's also kept me from getting great pictures this week.

None the less, here are the moments of our lives this week.

Saturday, February 22, 2014 --

On Saturday, we went to a skating party for a friend from church.

She has a tight grip on Lillie's face....lol

Another busy day of church.

Lillie handed me her Sunday school paper after church.

I loved her answer to this question.

54/365....after all of the church stuff was done for the day, we headed off to see one of the local high school's production of Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory.

Two of our youth were in the play. 

They both did a fabulous job!

Monday, February 24, 2014 --

a busy day getting things done.

Late night grocery planning is not my idea of fun.

But was necessary this week.

55/365....SO this came home from preschool today.

My baby is going to graduate from preschool.

It. is. heartbreaking and exciting all at once.....

Tuesday, February 25, 2014 --

On Tuesday, I broke out my running shoes after two weeks of not running.

Slower.....shorter.....harder....

But I did it.

56/365.... roses that the girls brought home for me.

So pretty....

Wednesday, February 26, 2014--

The chalkboard that I ordered with gift cards from Christmas and my birthday arrived today.

I knew just what to put on it.....

57/365.... and where it would hang in my kitchen.

I have big plans for this space.

Now, I could just find someone who would build for me.....

 

Thursday, February 27, 2014--

Siri never understands me.

I had asked her a complete sentence that didn't even include the word "you're". 

And she was downright snippy.

58/365......Maggie's project for school......Learned vs Inherited traits.....

the only inherited things she got from me seems to be her personality....

Friday, February 28, 2014 --

A trip to Hobby Lobby with these two this afternoon....

59/365....and supper out as a family.

Chili's is our kids favorite place.

It's been such a busy week and the weekend promises to be just as busy.

Lent is coming so very soon that I don't see things slowing down until after Easter.

But, we have some great things coming up at our church during Lent and I can't wait to see what God has for us all through it all.
