I don't participate in Blog hops as often as I would like to.
I've done 'Five Question Fridays' a few times in the past and I thought that
today, I thought it would be fun to play along.
Who knows, you just might learn something new about me!
So, here are the questions for today........
I would sooooooo hop on a plane and go to Europe if money were no object and I could just go and spend as much time as I wanted there. I want to see it all.
But these would be the MUST sees.....
England
France
Austria
Ireland
Spain
Greece
and especially
Scotland and Italy!!!!
I would see all there is to see, eat {local fare} my way through each place.
I'm of Scottish descent so would love to go to where my family was "from" {about 250 years ago now}
And hubs family is Italian. Not 250 years ago Italian, like he's half Italian. His grandfather was from Sicily and his grandmother is Waldensian. My children are part Italian. I would LOVE to take them there and let them understand that side of their heritage since it is such a recent history.
2. What's your most recently read favorite book?
Easy! My most favorite recent read is The Help.
Loved the book. Even loved the movie!!!
3. What's your favorite Spring Break memory?
My favorite Spring Break Memory.......
Has to be from the year that I was a senior in High School.
A nice lady from our church allowed my best friend, Sonya, and I to travel to Homestead,Florida with her for Spring Break.
It was so much fun!
We went to Key Largo and Marathon Key and hung out in the incredibly warm Florida weather for 10 days.
4. What do you put in your child's Easter basket? Or, for those w/o kids, what was put in your childhood basket?
My children's Easter Baskets are filled with some candy, a few small things I know they will enjoy like earrings for the girls and cars for Brady. And usually they get something that they "need" to go with their Easter outfits....whether that is shoes, socks, hair accessories and the like.....and then maybe a tshirt or hat that I might have found on the cheap.
5. Do you get a summer haircut?
Well, I do get hair cuts in the summer but not a haircut BECAUSE it is summer.
My hair has gotten very long in the past year and though, I think I probably need to cut it shorter, I'm loving it long and it took such a long time to get it long that I am reluctant to cut it.
SO, as of right this minute, NO summer haircut for me.
That is it.
Five Questions -- Five Answers.
Wanna join in the fun?
Go here!
Have a fantastic Friday, ya'll!
I'm headed on a date later with hubs and then tomorrow morning is our Annual Brunch With The Bunny.
It's sure to be a fun time with lots of pictures to share.
Hopefully I can share them tomorrow evening!
