Tigerlily

This morning, my friend, Kandi and I went for a walk. We were walking the stairs of the Court House when I heard crying. I sounded like a cat crying, so after we were finished walking the stairs, we went to check it out.

I found this little sweetie in a hedge.

SO, I rescued the adorable kitten and brought it home.

Hubs wasn't super excited about it.

But gradually through the day {and being worn down by the kids excitement} he got on board with having a pet.

The girls named her Tigerlily {with the hope that she really is a girl}.

And with that, I went to buy a litter box, kitty litter, and kitten food.

And now, we are the proud owner of this adorable little kitty....

Tigerlily is going to be an outside cat.

So, I'm asking if {for my kiddo's sake} if you will say a prayer tonight.

That Tigerlily will still be in her box on our backporch in the morning.

Because my kids will be heartbroken if she isn't.
