1. Waking up to a quiet house. Enjoying a cup of coffee and quiet time with my Bible and the Lord in a quiet house.
2. Homemade Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins for breakfast.
3. Time to get things cleaned up {and not by me}
The girls cleaned their rooms, their play room and the mud porch today.
All places they made into messes themselves.
4. These two helped Daddy clean up downed branches from the storm last night.
5. Impromptu playdates and picnics with our great neighbors!
Although the getting the kids to clean was difficult at times, and having all kids here all day = lots of arguments on their part and lots of practice being a patient, godly Mom on my part, It really was a great day.
And since the cleaning is all done, tomorrow -- we will have a great day together!
