This weeks menu has one holdover from last week since Saturday night I was too tired to cook. We just ate leftovers. Which was fine with the family.
Here are this weeks menu plans thus far......
cereal and fruit
poptarts and fruit
eggs and toast
bagels with cream cheese or jelly
Saturday's breakfast will probably be pancakes with bacon or sausage (depending on which I get at the store today)
ham/turkey/pbj sandwiches with fruit and chips
homemade pimento cheese sandwiches with fruit and chips
organic bugs (mac and cheese)
hummus with crackers/ veggies and fruit
Monday - Grilled Salmon, Green beans, and Quinoa
Tuesday - Creamy Barley with Tomatoes and Greens (veggie night)
Wednesday - Gathering Meal at church -- this week it's pot roast
Thursday - Grilled Chicken and Melon Chopped Salad
Friday - pizza night or out - Hub's dad is coming.
Saturday - hubs and his dad will be gone ALL day -- the kids and I will probably eat leftovers
Sunday - Hotdogs for hubs and kids -- Me -I will eat at church -- our bible study snack is really supper. =)
