As usual this week is starting off with a day full of things to do. One of which is to go get the groceries for this menu plan.
SO - here it is.......
breakfasts - poptarts, bagels with cream cheese or jelly, eggs and bacon, cereal, fruit, and probably pancakes or waffles on Saturday
lunches- hummus with veggies and crackers for dipping, pbj rollups, fruit, sandwiches with chips, cheese and crackers,
Monday - pinto beans, boiled cabbage/slaw (haven't decided yet), homemade mac and cheese, cornbread
Tuesday - leftovers from the last few days
Wednesday - Gathering Meal at church
Thursday - Crockpot Chicken Tacos, Spanish rice, black beans and homemade guacamole
Friday - Pizza night
Saturday - Grilled Salmon, green beans, couscous
And that is it! I will be back tomorrow to tell you all about another fun filled weekend we have just had! Hope you all have a fabulous Monday. I am planning on doing just that in between errands, picking up kids, cooking and cleaning.
